Terms and conditions
Please read the following Event Terms and Conditions. Clicking ‘I agree’ indicates that you have given your consent to abide by our Terms and Conditions.

1. The organisers shall not be held responsible for accidents, injury, loss or damage to persons or property as a consequence of participation in the 10k run on Sunday 1st  April 2012

2. Entries can only be accepted for Sunday 1st  April 2012 and cannot be carried over to a future year. If you cannot take part on the day, refunds will not be given and your registration fee will be treated as a donation to the charity

3. If you believe you have a medical condition which will affect your participation in the event, please seek medical advice before you register. You may wish to consider the option to take out personal insurance to cover you for this event

4. Wheelchair users can participate in the event

5. You must be aged 15 years or above on the day of the run to take part

6. Please respect the countryside environment and do not litter it

7. The race is on roads where cars will be moving. Please listen to the marshals safety announcements, keep as close to the side of the road as possible and take care of road crossings and cars

8. Photographers will be present on the day capturing photographs to be used in promotional publicity such as newsletters, newspapers and websites. Please politely decline the photograph being taken if you do not give your consent for it to be used for promotional purposes

Pre-event registration is now closed, but you can register on the day from 9.30am at a cost of £15 (or £13 for affiliated runners).
