Director of Patient Care

We are looking for a dynamic, inspiring and motivated individual to join our team.
St Clare Hospice is a charity based in Hastingwood near Harlow. We provide specialist palliative care services to the people of West Essex and the East Hertfordshire border. We pride ourselves on providing individualised, quality driven patient and family care.
As Director of Patient Care you will work closely with the Medical Director to develop our clinical services. As a visionary and strategic individual you will work alongside the clinical team to ensure the development and ongoing performance of the clinical services. Your attention to quality, safety and professional standards will be second to none.
As a member of the Directors team you will represent St Clare Hospice to many stakeholders, locally, regionally and nationally.

IT Assistant
Full time – 37.5 hrs per week
£16,500 to £18,500 depending on experience.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced and motivated individual with a range of IT skills to join our team. You will be responsible for updating our fast moving website participating in its future development and increasing integration with social networking sites.
Providing the first response to our users maintaining a network of over 60 desktop pc’s as well as supporting our retail shops and office.
With a relevant IT background you are able to work in a fast paced and varied environment where attention to detail and accuracy are important.

Part Time Domestic Staff
Part time domestic staff are required to maintain a beautiful clean and welcoming environment to our patients and their visitors.
We are looking for reliable, hard working, adaptable individuals who are happy to work as part of a team.
Duties include:
Using industrial cleaners to clean flooring throughout the hospice.
Emptying of domestic and clinical waste bins.
Cleaning patient rooms, clinical areas, offices and toilets.
