We work as part of a large team of local health and social care professionals including, Hospital Consultants, GP's and District Nurses.

As a Hospice we work closely with your GP to ensure all your care is well planned, consistent and delivered to a high standard. We always keep in touch with you GP so they are aware of any suggestions we are making to your planned care.

St Clare Hospice regularly provides training to healthcare professionals in a variety of care settings. We wish to share our knowledge and expertise to help ensure patients and families receive excellent palliative care.
